“It is essential to live in an environment that supports your personal energy in the most nourishing way possible.”
The first thing I noticed about this book is how intelligent Natalia is. In getting her story, it is easy to see why she would be drawn to this method.
Admittedly, this is not my usual genre. However, I received a copy of this book with a lovely note from Natalia and had to dive in. I have never thought much about feng shui or how things necessarily balance in my home. I have always just gone for things that make me happy.
Which, on some level, is working the feng shui ideology. Uneducated and unintentional, this book was quite the education. It is interesting to see how the concepts of feng shui apply to home and to the life of those who subscribe.
While I can’t say I see myself figuring out the elements of my house, this was a well-written, passionately researched, and presented book that could be incredibly helpful to those looking to make changes on a deeper level.
I found Natalia’s writing style conversational and easy flowing. She explained things well, even concepts she needed to briefly introduce to dive into other areas of this book. I appreciated the care and time that went into every explanation.
I found the diagrams helpful in understanding the explanations and how things should flow for ultimate peace. That was very helpful.
My favorite chapter was the chapter about decluttering. I live to declutter. So this chapter was so fantastic, and I found myself agreeing with the reasoning in this chapter.
Hey, Natalia, you’re officially Katy approved.
