I received a copy of this book for free, and I leave my review voluntarily.

Zoe Adams is an audacious author exploring the layered ups and downs of love. A passionate writer, she draws her inspiration from a variety of sources. Her admiration for romance books, her understanding of human character, and her observing eye for exciting scenarios are a few of them. But above all, her greatest writing gift is her bold, unapologetic love for love itself.

The key to forever love!

How do you keep the thing that your man wants the most just far enough out of reach, until he’s on his knees and ready to give you the world?

Jules, Friday, Romy, Maya and Danielle attend an old college friend’s wedding – she was the ‘ugly duckling’ who grew into a swan and is now marrying rich and famous frog prince.
They all find time out of their busy working lives to attend the wedding reception, bringing them together for the first time in a few years. They catch up on each other’s love lives – non-existent and non-thriving – and wonder how their friend Eloise found the love of her life? What was the secret? What’s the key to unlocking forever love?

Eloise tells them she found it cleaning her great-aunt’s apartment after she passed away.

Eloise had it all figured out, but what about her old friends? Would they listen to their friend’s advice and how could they make this work for them?

“Life was way too short to waste on what-ifs.”

Coming together for a wedding reception is bound to bring up memories, questions, and emotions. For this group of women, the question is, “how many frogs until the prince?”

This was an excellent introduction to this series. We get to meet the characters and see glimpses of their personalities.

I am excited to have a new series from Zoe coming! I am looking forward to getting to know these women. Learning what makes them tick and watching them navigate their lives as the strong, capable ladies they are.
